"The terms below pertain to the shipping services that Palletfly offers. This service relies
on contracting third party companies (UPS, Fedex, etc). Due to the fact that Palletfly
has no control over actual performance, lead times, etc, Palletfly cannot and will not
take on any responsibility for any scenarios that may arise from using these services.
"
"1. All information is estimate and Palletfly will not take responsibility for ANY
discrepancies.
2. Risk of loss transfers to carrier upon pick up. We only book loads with included
insurance to cover the load. In case of loss or damage, Palletfly will file a claim on your
behalf. However, Palletfly does not take on the responsibility for any claims.
3. Cost includes full insurance and special service you specified upon setting up
your location.
3A. Any additional services that carriers charges Palletfly, will be rebilled to you. These
services include but are not limited to; Change of address, Redelivery Fee, Liftgate,
Residential, Special Delivery, Inside Delivery, Appointment Requests.
3B. Any changes to the shipment (address, services, etc.) after this quote is accepted
must be requoted or will be billed in full prior to delivery.
4. All residential deliveries will be dropped curbside.
5. For all central transport loads, a $50 delivery appointment surcharge applies if
location is not open at least 8 AM - 3 PM.
6. The default SHIP-TO name on all shipments will be [Link] LLC
7. For insurance purposes, please be sure to inspect pallets and boxes upon
arrival. 7A. If there is any damage to a shipment, please note on the BOL/POD prior to
signing it. Write-in a detailed report of what is damaged by pallet, box and unit count.
Retain a signed copy showing the driver knows of the damage.
7B. Take at least 3 pictures of each damaged pallet, carton and unit from different
angles.
7C. Failing to keep images and documentation of damage may result in insurance
denial.
7D. Please make sure to contact us within 24 hours of receiving a shipment.
7E. To make an insurance claim, notify us of the damage and we will provide a form to
complete.
8. Any issue at delivery point that prevents a timely delivery may be subject to
storage fees.
9. Once quote expires, we will attempt to get the same rate. However, rates may
change. In which case, we will need to requote the load"
