Responsibilities & Accountabilities:
1) Carry out safety inductions / orientations on the site for all personnel arriving on board.
2) Organize and Perform HSE safety meetings for all personnel.
3) Perform a daily tour; Record the observations and follow up operations
4) Spot-check the work area physically during the job to ensure all safety precautions are in place in compliance
with the SMS and verify that all required documents for the job are available and then sign the permit.
5) Conduct regular audits on PTW and responsible for the remedial of deficiencies with proper corrective actions
6) Follow up on the corrective action tracking sheets for incidents, audits and inspections.
7) Maintain a high level of communication to encourage stop work authority and TOFS.
8) Take an active role in the participation of all SJAs and the reviewing process.
9) Ensure that site specific ERP is updated (Rescue plans, station bill …etc.) and communicate any changes to
all site personnel. Ensure that all personnel have assigned responsibilities in emergency cases and be aware
of their duties.
10) Participate in risk assessment process, Management of Change and deviation permit situations.
11) Inspect site different areas as required to maintain a safe workplace for employees and report all HSE-
related issues arise from inspection.
12) Participate with site management in safety awareness sessions, campaigns, and initiative schemes requested by
the Company office. Recommend proactive methods of awareness and perform practical On Job Training to
advance and promote safety culture within site personnel.
13) Perform accommodation and hygiene inspections to provide a healthy environment that is free from any
unsafe health conditions.
14) Follow up legal requirements for the site. (Labor office and Civil Protection requirements).
15) Ensure 3rd party certificates are valid and the SJA for 3rd party-specific tasks is in place and updated.
16) Maintain valid records of all environmental aspects and impacts on the Site.

requirements to prevent accidents and hazards.
