Healthy & Productive Daily Routine
1. Morning Routine
Start your day early (around 5:30-6:30 AM). Begin with light stretching or a walk to wake up your
body. Practice gratitude, prayer, or meditation to focus your mind. Eat a nutritious breakfast and
review your goals for the day.
2. Study/Work Block
From 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM, focus on your most important work or study. Use the Pomodoro
technique-25 minutes focused, 5 minutes break. Avoid multitasking. Keep water nearby and stay
hydrated.
3. Midday Break
Take a proper lunch around 12:30 PM. Avoid screens during meals. Consider a power nap (15-25
minutes) or a short walk afterwards to recharge.
4. Afternoon Block
From 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM, handle lighter tasks-review, practice problems, meetings, or chores. Plan
the next day and check off completed tasks.
5. Evening Routine
Exercise or engage in a relaxing activity like reading, journaling, or spending time with family. Avoid
heavy meals late. Reflect on your day and unwind without screens for at least 30 minutes before
bed.
