KOMIKS
komiks is the vernacular equivalent of the
English “comics” or “comic book.”

It also refers to a form of illustrated stories
portraying various characters and topics from
experiences in everyday life to different kinds of
adventures, exploits and heroism, to dramatic or
humorous scenes.

and story lines from Philippine folklore,
