QUICK START FOR ZOOM CLOUD MEETINGS MOBILE APP, ANDROID

Join Zoom meetings on the go using the Zoom Cloud Meetings app on Andriod. It is not recommended
that you Host a meeting on the mobile app since its features are limited.

Students /Participants: You can join a meeting without signing in or creating an account, however you
will need to enter the Meeting ID and Passcode to enter the meeting. See How to Find My Meeting ID &
Passcode or contact the meeting host for this information.

JOIN

1. If you do not have the app, download the Zoom Cloud Meetings
app (available on Google Play)
2. Open the Zoom Cloud Meetings app and select Join a Meeting.

3. From your meeting invitation, locate your meeting ID and


passcode or click on the meeting link.

4. If prompted, enter your meeting details. If not, skip to Step 6.

a. Enter your 7 digit Meeting ID.


b. Enter your full name, for attendance tracking.
c. Toggle your audio and video options ON or OFF.
d. Tap Join to proceed.
5. On the next window, if prompted, enter your Meeting Passcode and tap OK to enter the
meeting.
6. Tap Got it to permit Zoom to access your device’s microphone, camera, and storage.

7. Tap Deny or Allow to reject or permit audio recording.

8. Once you are in the meeting use the in meeting controls to Stop/Start your audio and video as
needed.

9. Select More to add a Virtual Background.


10. To leave the meeting click End.
