Maths Formulas for Class 6 to 8

Class 6
- Perimeter of a rectangle = 2 × (length + breadth)
- Area of a rectangle = length × breadth
- Area of a square = side × side
- Perimeter of a square = 4 × side
- Volume of a cube = side^3
- Volume of cuboid = length × breadth × height

Class 7
- Simple Interest = (Principal × Rate × Time) / 100
- Area of a triangle = (1/2) × base × height
- Circumference of circle = 2 × pi × r
- Area of circle = pi × r^2
- Volume of cylinder = pi × r^2 × h
- Surface Area of Cube = 6 × a^2

Class 8
- Surface area of sphere = 4 × pi × r^2
- Volume of sphere = (4/3) × pi × r^3
- Surface area of hemisphere = 3 × pi × r^2
- Volume of hemisphere = (2/3) × pi × r^3
- Pythagoras Theorem = a^2 + b^2 = c^2
- Quadratic equation: ax^2 + bx + c = 0
