Save create a folder named: (2029) to save all your work [2mks)
1. Analyse the following results : create a new workbook sheet 4 and save as data
collection (4mks)
2. Format the database as indicated: font 12. Border double line, colour blue,
font:Times New roman, font colour purple(bold) (4mks)
3. Calculate the sum and mean of every student.(4mks)
4. Use the IF function using this two grades ( >70 , credit) and <70, pass) (consider
student average ) 6mks
5. Use the COUNT IF function to count if credit and another column you count if pass
hence format the two columns as follows:- in [average] (7mks
1. Font type- elephant
2. Font colour-red
3. Italised
6. Copy names, subjects and totals only to sheet 3 and apply the table borders (4mks)
7. Insert a column chart showing the class performance (names and subjects only)
insert the chart title as class performance and change the colour of the bars to more
attractive colours of your choice (5mks)
8. Show legend on the right, name X-axis as names and Y-axis as marks. (5mks)
9. Show treadlines to all subjects with different colour, styles 10 mks
10. Copy the table created in sheet 4 to sheet 2 and insert a pie chart showing (names
and Kiswahili scores of every student and format the chart to your level best.

11. Rename your sheets and apply tab color in every sheet (10 mks).

14. Insert a pie chart showing maths subject and label the marks 4mks
