*Scans show anteverted uterus containing single gestation sac.

* Inside the sac,a live fetus is seen.

* Good decidual reaction is seen around the sac.

* Crown Rump Length = 23.6 mm = 9.0 weeks.


* FHR = 180 bpm
* EDD by USG = 17-11-2025

* Both the adenexa are clear.


* A fibroid of size largest measuring 43 mm is seen in posterior wall.

* Internal Os is closed.

* Bladder is full and does not show any intraluminal pathology.

IMPRESSION :- SINGLE LIVE FETUS OF 9 WEEKS 0 DAY MATURITY ± 1 WEEK.

Advise: Double marker and NT/NB scan at 11-12 weeks.

Mrs. NIRMLA, I have neither detected nor disclosed the sex of her fetus to anybody in any manner.
Note:- Not all congenital anomalies especially of the heart,limbs and chromosomal abnormalities
can be ruled out on an ultrasound. Some congenital heart disease may not be detected by fetal echo.
