Scene 1: 2965 – Earth on the Edge
Narrator:
The year is 2965. The skies no longer weep. The land no longer breathes. The Earth, once
green, is gray.
Bots rule. Humans crawl in corners. Hunger howls in every home.
Narrator (introducing characters):
Meet Zara, bold and brave, a fighter of fate.
Meet Kian, the tech whiz whose tears fall for the trees.
And Raya, a quiet spark of logic and love for nature.
(Zara, Kian, and Raya walk in slowly, scanning the lifeless horizon)
Zara:
This used to be a park... now it's a grave of metal.
Kian:
Do you hear that? Exactly. No birds. No wind. Nothing.
Raya:
The bots took control after nature failed. But we failed first.
Narrator:
Every birthday, a bottle of water is the best gift. A meal? A legend.
And while three still roam free, the rest of humanity suffers.
(Enter Future Citizen 1, clutching a small bottle)
Future Citizen 1:
This is all I have... for the month.
(Enter Future Citizen 2 with a golden spoon)
Future Citizen 2:
We used to be upper class. Once, I had rice for dinner. Now, I trade silver for a slice of bread.
Future Citizen 2:
Back in the day, I had a gold watch. Now? I wear a soda can ring.
Future Citizen 1:
Recycled fashion. You’re ahead of your time... like, literally.
Future Citizen 2:
I call this look “Dumpster Couture.”
Future citizen1: Nothing can happen
Future citiZen 2: All code are unbroken. Hopes are already dead.
Narrator:
But not all codes go unbroken. These three carry hope — and something more...
(Zara holds up a shimmering sphere — the time machine device)
Zara:
If we go back… we can stop this. At the root.
Kian:
Maybe just maybe, the past can save the future.
Raya:
Let’s do it. For Earth.
(They activate the time machine. Flashing lights. Whoosh.)
Scene 2: Arrival in 2025 – The Messy Middle
Narrator:
Back in 2025, Earth is vibrant — but not innocent. Pollution hides behind color. Destruction
hides in progress.
(Enter Polluting Man, casually throwing garbage in a river)
Polluting Man:
Who cares? It’s just one bottle. One plastic bag. No big deal.
(Enter Nature Girl, upset)
Nature Girl:
Hey! That “no big deal” chokes turtles and clogs rivers! Stop!
Polluting Man:
Relax, kid. The Earth’s fine. Look at all this greenery!
Narrator:
And while some shout for change, others profit from silence.
(Enter Factory Boss, coughing from smoke)
Factory Boss:
I make millions a day. Who needs trees when you’ve got money? I can buy life. And I don't
think that one bottle would transform this river
(The trio arrives. They look shocked.)
Zara:
This is the world... before the end. It still has a chance.
Raya:
They don’t see the future. We lived it.
Kian:
We need help. Fast.
(They spot the Scientist 2025, working with models of Earth)
Zara:
You! You care about the Earth. We’ve come from the future. It’s dying.
Scientist 2025:
A time machine? You’re joking... unless... those climate projections...
Raya:
It gets worse than you think. Oceans rise. Forests die. Bots rise.
Scientist 2025:
Then we start now. But we’ll need more voices.
(Enter Eco Leader, rallying students with posters)
Eco Leader:
“Less plastic, more planet!” “Recycle. Replant. Restore!”
(Trio joins the protest. They speak to crowds. Nature Girl cheers. Even Polluting Man
starts picking up trash.)
Nature Girl:
Maybe I’m just a kid… but I’ll grow the trees you forgot to plant.
Polluting Man:
Okay, okay... I get it now. I can change.
Factory Boss (hesitating):
If people stop buying from me... I’ll have to clean up too. By the way i once gifted someone who
loved nature. I was kicked out of the house when I gifted him a bouquet... of coal.
Polluting Man:
Bold move, man. Did you wrap it in plastic too?
Nature Girl:
I talk to trees more than people. At least trees don’t interrupt.
Factory Boss:
My office plant drooped the moment I said “profits.”
Eco Leader:
We must act now! Even my toddler learned how to sort recycling before learning colors.
Polluting Man (grumbling):
Your kid’s smarter than me. And I’ve got a diploma… from 1982.
Narrator:
The spark ignites. From classrooms to councils, change begins.
Scene 3: Back to the Future – 2965 Restored
Narrator:
They return, unsure of what they’ll find.
But the skies... they shine. The winds... they sing.
(The scene is full of trees, solar panels, birds chirping. Children laugh.)
Zara:
Look... is that a farm? Real vegetables?
(Enter Future Citizen 1 and 2, now smiling, well-fed)
Future Citizen 1:
We have food. We have water. We even have music again.
Future Citizen 2:
I don’t trade gold anymore... I grow it. In the soil.
Future Citizen 2:
I don’t need crypto anymore too. I invest in carrots. Real orange returns.
Future Citizen 1:
And I just adopted a worm. His name is Larry. He helps me compost.
Eco: Process complete. Bots and Humans now together
(The trio looks around, speechless with joy)
Narrator:
A world once dying... now alive.
Because someone cared. Because someone acted.
Because you can too.
(All characters come forward in a line)
All Together:
"Save Earth. Save Us. The Future Starts Today!"
