1- open your browser and login to

2- add your email address and
press Next
3- add your email password and
press Sign In
4- need to update your current
password so add the current
password and update is with a new
one and if you struggle with the new
password creation you can use any
website for password generated to
avoid this step and Sign In
5- in the screenshot 2 this is action
required for security to add an extra
layer of security by using Microsoft
Authenticator App for verification
method so press next and follow the
next steps

8- Go to your mobile App Store and search for Microsoft Authenticator and install it
9- open the app after installing and add new account by choosing work or school
account type
10 – choose to Scan QR Code for account adding method
11- scan the QR Code from the browser
and press next
12 – wait the sync tell finished and give
you the number of verification
13- Back to your mobile wait the notification from
the Microsoft authenticator
14- Add the same number in your browser and
verify
15- after completed the verification
press Done
16- open your account and from the
list in top right of the page you can
open your Microsoft apps like outlook,
Microsoft Teams, excel ..ets.
