Job Summary:
Establish and implement a production system applicable with trailer & Tipper manufacturing industry. Supervises,
motivates, and supports the staff daily, applying a team approach and maintaining open communication.
Reporting to:
Director
Key Accountabilities: (Every position is characterized by a set of accountabilities when established. This part shall specify the tasks for
which the job holder will be accountable for. Accountabilities should not exceed 10 and should be specific)
Lead change management initiatives in manufacturing
Drive a continuous improvement culture through plant and facility organization, performance reviews
Create a strategy to implement the manufacturing facilities and execute strategy.
Formulate key performance indicator measurements during implementation, and simultaneously monitor progress and record
data.
Ensure project development is achieving target implementation and organizational goals. Communicate results to
management and provide recommendations.
Coordinate closely with all aspects of implementation including quality assurance, production, logistics, process engineering,
etc.
Establish an improved process guideline and flow by developing, analyzing and understanding statistical/process data and
product specifications.
Manage supervisory responsibilities in accordance with organizational policies and laws including: interviewing, hiring, and
training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; evaluating performance; rewarding and disciplining employees
and managing employee relations issues.

Establishment and maintenance of quality management system to within department.
Production adherence
Increasing / decreasing of Man power as per requirements.
Finalized the proper corrective action against any non-conformity which is observed in plant
Ensure the Safety norms are being used in the Department or not.
Preferred Experience & Preferred Minimum Qualifications (Include and years of general or specific work experience) Include degrees,
licenses, certificates)
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering
Manufacture of Tipper and Trailer as Production Manager with minimum 10 years’ experience
