where I conducted valuations for US-based clients across various industry sectors.
Utilizing the VIP&R tool, I enhanced accuracy and efficiency by 30%. My role
involved performing analysis for over 150 prominent clients, preparing 80+
matter control documents, and ensuring compliance with GAAP and IFRS
standards. Leading key engagements with clients like Macquarie Group,
Parthenon, JP Morgan, Davidson Kempner, and KKR, I achieved 175%
utilization during peak interim season and was awarded pinnacle performer for

My experience extends to executing complex capital structure strategies,
including fixed income products and equity allocation using waterfall, CSE, and

methodologies such as the cost, yield, and comparable approach. This

experience in inspection, market analysis, and report preparation.
At Goaler Web Solutions as a Finance Analyst, I developed a database model,
reducing data retrieval and entry time by 25% and improving overall
data accuracy by 23%. I deployed a framework to track stock re-order and
inventory status, ensuring streamlined operations and high satisfaction rates.
My academic background includes a Post Graduate Diploma in Management
(PGDM-Corporate Finance & Business Analytics) from Jagdish Seth School of
Management and a Bachelor's in Business Administration (Finance) from IFIM
College. I am also a CFA Level 1 candidate and hold certifications in NISM
Series V-A, corporate finance, and financial modeling.
