In The Previous Session:
• Nifty dropped 1.5% to 23,085.9 after a strong U.S. jobs report hinted at fewer Fed rate cuts, adding to concerns over
slowing domestic earnings.
• Rupee hit a record low of, 86.58 on dollar strength, equity outflows, and limited central bank intervention.
• All the 12 NSE sectors ended in red, with Realty (-6.5%) and Media (-4.5%) leading the losses.
• Market breadth was bearish, with 46 stocks declining, ADANIENT (-6.3%) and BPCL (-4.5%) were the biggest losers,
while AXISBANK (0.8%) and TCS (0.6%) topped the gainers.
