Activity Enhancer: My Religion Trivia
Date: November 8, 2022- February 3, 2022
RATIONALE
Religion is a socio-cultural system that consists of behavioral norms, practices, liturgies, beliefs
etc. It has been the driving force that engages us towards our metaphysical end. Through this activity,
learners will be immersed in different point of views that can possibly be related to anyone’s life. It shall
open our minds to the doors of the unknown realities and a potential to attain enlightenment and
peace.
OBJECTIVES
1. To present their own trivia about religion.
2. To engage learners in self-awareness, introspection and reality.
3. To deepen their understanding and knowledge about the different beliefs in the world.
INSTRUCTIONS
1. This Religion Trivia must be related to oneself.
2. Be guided by the following questions per slide:
a. First Slide: “The Religion”
i. What religion are you interested in? (Give a short description about it)
ii. Why did you choose this religion (Reasons)
b. Second Slide: “Beliefs/Teachings”
i. What is the specific belief/ teaching you know about this religion?
ii. How do you understand the context or meaning of this belief/teaching? Explain.
c. Third Slide: “My Personal Experience”
i. Cite an instance that you can apply that belief/teaching to yourself
ii. How is it related to your own experience/s
d. Fourth Slide: “My Takeaways”
i. What have you learned from your experience in relation to the belief/teaching
emphasized? Explain.
4. Prepare a 3-5-minute PowerPoint Presentation/ GSlide/ Canva that contains your Religion Trivia.
5. Slides should not be less than four (4) nor greater than ten (10).
6. Resist from putting videos in the slides as it will take too much of your time. As a replacement,
just use images which will make your slides presentable and attractive.
7. Each learner will be assigned with particular religion.
8. The learner who will be presenting should be prepared for any questions to be asked by their
classmates or the teacher for clarification or extensive integration.
9. All presentations shall be video recorded. Deadline of submission will be December 2, 2022 until
11:59pm. Late submission has 5 points deduction.
