converters.

2.1 ISOTOP™ package information


• Epoxy meets UL94, V0
• Cooling method: by conduction (C)
• Recommended torque value: 1.3 N·m
• Maximum torque value: 1.5 N·m
STMicroelectronics strongly recommend the use of the screws delivered with this product.
The use of any other screws is entirely at the user's own risk and will invalidate the warranty.
