Background
Yaya Global Property Pty Ltd is culmination of 20 years of collaborative working relationship
between key team members developing projects, from site selection, acquisition, finance,
design, planning and construction to completion of each project. Our aim is to deliver
commercially viable development project from the initial concept. Our management is
organized into three specialized functional areas of responsibility in administration/finance,
office administration, project management and construction work. The functional heads
have overlapping areas of responsibility for general administration but specific responsibility
for project work. The key members in this group combines over 140 years of experiences in
the real estate and building industry. Site selection for a project is the most important
aspect to any development project. From the initial feasibility to generating multiple
concept plans to deliver the best outcome is necessary before there is commitment to a
project. If the conceptual plans do not deliver the desired financial return, the project will
be revamped until the answer is positive. Each client is assigned a key contact person for the
duration of the project. This provides a single point of contact for the client during all phases
of delivery from initial contact to finance, design, contract, project management,
construction of the project to final handover to the owner.

Mr. Iain R Dickson
Project Management and Contract Administration

Iain has nearly 50 years of experiences in the construction industry and a proven track
record with significant building projects. Iain is currently working on a number of projects
ranging in value $6.0M - $40.0M using traditional project documentation and construction
methods of delivery, to fast tracking construction programs for documentation and
construction to meet accelerated project timelines.
Iain's principal role is to co-ordinate the consultant design team through final tender
documentation, manage secondary consultants, authorities and the construction team.
Construction contract negotiations, contract management and administration. Iain has
worked with a number of architectural practices as director or manager over the past 40
years and is currently working in a multi-disciplinary firm specializing in turn-key projects,
from design and approvals to handover.

Mr. Min Liang


Property development, Finance and Administration.

Min was initially trained as a civil engineer and project manager in Guangzhou, China, and
has been involved in many constructions and property development in China and Australia
over the past 30 years. Min has worked on housing estate land subdivisions and other
residential projects both as an adviser to other investors, an individual investor and as a
partner with other investors. Min’s primary role will be to administer the company, prepare
feasibility studies provide development finance and maintain budgetary control.

Mr. Jesse Goh


Technical Construction Manager

Graduated with Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering from Melbourne University Australia
Started career in construction industry with Shimizu in its fully prefabricated construction
unit in Singapore in construction project management roles.
Joined the construction chemical industry in technical sales and marketing since 1988 De
Neef Construction Chemicals (Belgium), SsangYong Cement (Singapore) and joined German
MC Bauchemie Group since 2001 as a local Director for MC Bauchemie Malaysia and
Regional Development Manager
Career in various aspects of construction, building chemical development, training and
application knowhow of over 30 years In the Asian regions covering highly technical civil
engineering projects such as high-speed train to underground tunnel projects and specialty
thematic park constructions.
Jesse’s primary role will be to provide company administration and technical support during
the documentation and construction phase.
Some of Jesse’s involvement in major projects are as follows:
1. Taiwan High Speed Train Project - Concrete admixture, construction grouts and
concrete repair and water leakage control
2. Singapore Changi Water reclamation Plant – High-performance concrete and acid
resistant protective coating
3. Singapore Marina Costal Expressway - Concrete repair, injection and grouting.
4. Kuala Lumpur Metro Train Line 1 and 2 - Supply of high-performance concrete
admixture for all precast concrete tunnel segments
5. Brunei PMB Bridge Project - High performance concrete from off shore bored pile to
precast box girdle
