Return Information:
You can return all or part of your Dior order within 14 working days from the day the order has been delivered. The products must be returned in the original
condition, unopened and with all packaging/hygiene seals intact.

Please note that you will also have to include all complimentary samples, miniatures and complimentary gifts when returning your order. If you had received a
free gift/product upon ordering, then you would also need to return the free gift/product back to us with the rest of your order for us to process your refund.
Should you return your order, but keep the free gift/product, then the equivalent value of the free gift/product will be deducted from the total.

Engraved product cannot be returned except when due to defect.

1. Complete the necessary documentation


Please complete the Returns Form that's enclosed in your order with all the required information. If you have not received this document, please contact our
Customer Service Advisors on 0207 216 0216 (Monday to Saturday from 9 am to 8 pm GMT*) or by e-mailing us at [email protected] with your order details.

2. Attach the pre-printed DPD return label


You can return your parcel for free by using DPD. Simply attach the pre-printed DPD return label to your parcel. You can visit www.dpd.co.uk/pickuplocator to
find your nearest DPD Pickup Shop to drop off your parcel. Please remember to obtain and keep the proof of postage receipt and your tracking number. Your
parcel can be tracked online via www.dpd.co.uk. Carriage and charges for parcels not sent via DPD are the responsibility of the customer.

3. Processing the refund


You will receive your refund within 14 calendar days after returning. Your refund will be credited to the same bank account as the original payment. If you
have not received your refund after 10 working days, please contact our Customer Service Advisors on 0207 216 0216 (Monday to Saturday from 9 am to 8
pm GMT*) or by e-mailing us at [email protected] with your order details and the return tracking information.

Damaged, faulty, or incorrect products:


If the products you receive are damaged or faulty in any way, or not what you originally ordered we will be happy to replace the product or offer you a refund.

Please notify us immediately by calling our Customer Service Advisors on 0207 216 0216 (Monday to Saturday from 9 am to 8 pm GMT*) or by e-mailing us
at [email protected]. To ensure prompt resolution, please provide the order details and a picture. Please keep the box, packing materials and the damaged
products for inspection by the carrier.

This policy does not affect your rights under law as a consumer, which apply in addition.
