The Two Seeds

Deep in a quiet garden, two seeds lay side by side in the soil.
The first seed said, "I want to grow! I want to push my roots deep into the earth
and shoot up into the sky. I will open my buds and let the sun kiss my petals. I will
bring beauty to the world!"
The second seed was afraid. "What if it’s too dark under the soil? What if my roots
get hurt? What if a bird tries to eat me once I grow? It’s safer if I stay here."
So the first seed pushed through the soil, reaching toward the sun.
The second seed remained in the dirt, hiding.
One day, a hungry bird scratching the ground found the second seed and ate it.
Meanwhile, the first seed grew into a strong, beautiful flower admired by all.
Moral of the story:
Taking risks is better than doing nothing at all.
