RESPECTED SIR,

SUB: A request for want in an instant supplementary examination for obtaining degree.

I am Vigneshwarane. R., (Roll No -1801721010049 and Batch - 2018-2021) from the Department of
English Language and Literature (SFS), Madras Christian College, Tambaram, Chennai – 600 059,
Tamil Nadu, India. The purpose of this email is to inform you that I had difficulty attending the
sports for all-II arrear practical due to covid-19, and also there has been a miscommunication
between me and the in-charge staff who is in command of the particular subject, which made it even
worse. As soon as the subject's results were released, I presented my case to the controller of
examinations in person by presenting a letter with an attachment (medical certificate) supporting
corroboration to my statement on 08-07-2021 and am confident it was taken into account. Since,
the controller of examination has went through the procedural guidelines and advised me to take
my situation into the vision of university of madras, which I did by submitting a letter stating the
whole issue to the CONTROLLER OF EXAMINATIONS, UNIVERSITY OF MADRAS. I hereby kindly
request you to take further steps on this issue, that would bring an instant supplementary
examination into effect, which indeed helps me to obtain my degree, to seek higher studies. As this
matter is urgency, I would solicit your reply as soon as possible.
