GUIDELINES:
1. Exchange of the merchandise, purchased at Shoppers Stop store, shall be allowed within 14 days from the date of billing,
provided the merchandise has been returned in original & saleable condition with original cash memo.
2. Exchanges in lingerie, watches, undergarments, cosmetics, perfumes, electronics, mobile phones, cameras, jewellery,
sunglasses and writing instruments, will be extended only if the merchandise is returned in original and sealed pack
condition.
3. For Fine jewellery, the exchange would be based on the individual brand policies.
4. Defective merchandise or product with manufacturing defects, if any, can be exchanged/Serviced* within 90 days from the
date of purchase, provided it is presented with an original cash memo and warranty card if applicable.
5. Merchandise bought during sale will be exchanged during the same sale period only.
6. Altered merchandise will not be exchanged.
7. In case of gifts, if customer is not able to present the original cash memo, he/she must present a valid gift card, which is
issued with every gift wrapped product by Shoppers Stop.
8. Refunds shall be extended only in the form of credit notes.
9. In Modular kitchen & furniture's, there would be no refund once order is placed.
10. 'Soft' Copy Of Credit Note Is Just For Your Information & While Redemption 'Physical' Copy Of
Credit Note needs To Be Produced.
