This form must be signed by all students enrolled in the Cyber Security training program at Jengatech.
By signing this form, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

Purpose of Training: The sole purpose of this training program is to provide you with educational
knowledge and skills in ethical hacking and countermeasures. This knowledge is intended for legitimate
cybersecurity purposes, such as:

 Identifying vulnerabilities in systems and networks


 Developing strategies to protect against cyberattacks
 Pursuing a career in cybersecurity

Prohibition of Malicious Use: You are strictly prohibited from using the knowledge, skills, or tools
acquired in this training program for any illegal or malicious activities. This includes, but is not limited to:

 Hacking into unauthorized systems or networks


 Stealing data or causing damage to property
 Engaging in any activity that could harm individuals or organizations
 Engaging in any form of internet fraudulent activities or Cyber theft.

Liability Disclaimer: Jengatech expressly disclaims any liability for any harm or damage caused by your

skills for malicious purposes, you will be solely responsible for any legal or other consequences that may
arise.
