SOP’s for Hall Management: 6 Dec (Friday): CME

Time Management: It is very essential that professionalism is maintained in the conduct of the sessions. The venue
management team should make sure to adhere to time allotted.
Faculty should be given repeated clear messages regarding this before the day of the event.
They should be requested politely to stick to the allotted time for their session as a mark of respect for other Faculty.
There will be Two Warning bells:
a) First bell - one 5 minutes before the final time
b) Final warning bell - at the end of the stipulated time

Faculty should be informed that after 60 seconds of the stipulated time:

 The screens will be blacked out and
 The microphone will be switched off

o Ensure preparedness of each session at least two hours prior to commencement

o Invite chairpersons / Moderator to the stage/front of the hall
o Display of biodata of faculty while faculty is getting ready (No separate introduction of Faculty to save time)
o Time schedule of sessions to be strictly followed as per SOP above
o Open House discussion by moderators to be encouraged in all sessions
