Is gratuity automatically included in my


tab?

An automatic gratuity of 20% is included for:

• Parties of 4 or more

• Bills over $100 dollars

• Private and/or guest-list-only events

Is there a coat check?

Yes, there’s a complimentary coat check located


within the cafe at check-in.

PLEASE NOTE: Coat check is mandatory for any


jackets you do not plan to keep on/large jackets
as we do not allow jackets to be placed on the
furniture in RR given the limited space. This also
applies to large bags.

What is the dress code?

At Record Room we recommend dressing in


cute casual attire. No sweatpants or flip flops.

What should I do if I’m running late for


my reservation?

We ask that you arrive no earlier than 15 mins


prior to your reservation time. In addition, we
have a 15 minute grace period. Please call us if
you are running late so that we do not cancel
your reservation - (718) 885-4632. We will do our
best to accommodate you upon your arrival but
if you arrive later than 15 minutes past your
reservation start time, we cannot guarantee the
extension of your reservation beyond 90
minutes from it’s originally scheduled start time.

Do you accept walk-ins?

Although we recommend making a reservation,


especially on weekends, we do accept a limited
number of walk-ins. However, we recommend
coming as early to opening as possible as we
close our doors to walk-ins once we reach
maximum capacity inside the venue (accounting
for any upcoming reservations) .

Do you host private events or large party


reservations (over 8ppl)?

Yes, we do! If you’re interested in booking a large


party reservation or hosting a private event at
Record Room, please fill out our contact form

event details and we’ll get back to you with the
latest pricing and details as soon as we can. For
private events, we recommend reaching out as
soon as possible - at least 1 month in advance of
your event date to begin planning.
