Dear Venkat Patil,

With reference to your application and the subsequent interview you had with us , we are pleased to
inform you that you have been selected as Junior Full-stack Developer at BUSITRON IT SOLUTIONS
Pvt Ltd. You are required to report to office on 4th February 2025 for a free and unpaid training
session and your employment in the company will begin from 17th February 2025 on the terms and
conditions given below:

1) Your CTC , as discussed gross pay will be INR 2,80,000/- ( Rupees: Two lakh eighty thousand) per
annum. ( detailed Breakup of your compensation will be enclosed in appointment letter)

2. Your initial place of work will be Hyderabad . However, your services are transferable, and you may
be assigned after reasonable notice, to any location where the Company or any one of its associates
or customers conducts business.

3. You will receive your role description and goals for the role and related details on the day of your
joining.

4. Your employment shall be governed as per company policy and guidelines, and you will be
provided with complete list of benefits and policies in the Appointment letter.

5. Your formal Appointment letter will be executed within a week of start of employment.

6. You are required to accept the offer within 48 hours of the receipt of this letter and report to
office on 4th February 2025.
