Remember:
Adjectives are words that
describe nouns (persons, places, things,
animals, or events) or pronouns. They
make talk about the size, color, shape,
taste, smell, texture and other qualities.
They may also tell about number or
quality.

Strange Philippine Animals
Do you know that there are
animals we have not seen or heard
about? They are very hard to find.
And there are few of them left in the
world.

Its horns are shorter and more
straight, not curving like the
carabao’s. It is very fierce and
dangerous when hurt. A tamaraw
can bring down a big tree with its
horns. Have you seen a tamaraw?

live in our country. They live in thick
forests. Only few people heve seen
their homes.
The tamaraw lives in the thick
forests of Mindoro. Mount Halcon is
one of these forests. The tamaraw is
