1)Obligation
An act or course of action to which a person is morally or legally bound, a duty or commitment.
2)Encroach
An illegal intrude on a person's territory,right, personal life.
3)Encumbrance
An impediment or burden, A mortgage or other claim on property or assets.
4)Abate
Reduce or remove (a nuisance). The interruption of a legal proceeding upon the pleading by a
defendant of a matter that prevents the plaintiff from going forward with the suit at that time or
in that from.
5)Summons
A summons is an official order to appeal in court. A from prepared by the plaintiff & issued by a
court that informs the defendant that they are being sued or are required to appear in court.
6)Attest
To testify or confirm that something is true, genuine or authentic.
7)Plaint
A plaint is a legal document that contains the content of any civil suit which shows the plaintiff
claim after filing suit. This is the first step of the plaintiff in the form of a legal document for the
commencement of suit & it shows what a plainltiff wants from that suit.
8)Vest
To give the official right, property law, having a present right to the immediate or future
possession & enjoyment of property.
9)Exchange
When two persons mutually
transfer the ownership of one thing for the ownership of another, neither thing or both things
being money only the transaction is called an exchange.
10)Damages
Money compensation for loss or injury caused by the wrongful act of another.
11)Affidavit
The affidavit is a sworn statement made by a party, in writing,in the presence of an oath
commissioner or a notary public.Affidavit are used as evidence in court proceedings.
12)Appeal
The appeal is a process by which the correctness of the decision of a lower court or tribunal is
questioned in a higher court.
13)Arbitration
Arbitration serves as a method for two parties to resolve a dispute through a private dispute
resolution procedure instead of going to court.
14)Attestation
Attestation is authentication of a signature by an authorised person, who could be an oaths
commissioner or a notary public.
15)Bench
The compsition of judges sitting to hear a matter in court.

A matter pending a decision by a court is called subjudice parties to such a matter should not do
anything that which affect the out come of the case.
Adjourn :A putting off or postponing of proceedings, an ending or dismissed of further business
by a court, legislature or public official.
Acquit:To decide officially in a court of law that someone is not guilty of a particular crime.
Admonuish: Direction warning or advice from a judge. It occurs when an offender who has been
found guilty or who has pleaded guilty, is not given a fine, but instead receives a lesser penalty in
the from of a verbal warning.
Legotion :The process of taking a dispute to a court of law.
Arrogation: claiming or seizing something without justification, claiming something on behalf of
another. In civil law, the adoption of an adult who was legally capable of acting for himself or
herself.
Franchise : A license from the owner of a trademark or permitting another to sell a product or
service under that trademark
