In order to your letter requesting leave for 19 days to go abroad has been
approved. In accordance with company
policy I have evaluated your requested leave of absence and I’ am happy to grant
approval.

You are hereby granted leaves between the following dates: Jan 20th to 07th Feb
2025.

If there are any changes to this situation please get in touch immediately. You are
expected to return to work as usual
on Feb 10th 2025. Failure to do so without prior approval will go down as an
unauthorized absence.
