Subject: Explanation letter for allegations of serious offenses imposed on 7th April 2025 in your office.

Respected Sir,

With due regards and in continuation of above subject, kindly consider a under outlined points:

1) Offense of sending vulgar video links and pdf files via whatsapp to girl’s student via a teacher is very serious
offense and should not be taken lightly against any faculty.
2) Kindly take valid-authenticated proof from student whatsapp chat instead of screenshots etc because
screenshots may be fabricated.
3) If vulgar video links & pdf files found to be sent from faculty whatsapp number then serious action should be
taken because of college prestige issue.

In continuation of above three points my further explanation as follows:

1) In present semester I tooks [Link] second year lecture at 1st and 4th period. BBA 3rd year lecture at Second
period and BBA 2nd year lecture at Third period and never such above said done by me.
2) In previous semester I took BBA, BCOM and MBA first year lecture.
In BBA 1st year I used to send desired BBA notes and previous year question papers to student whatsapp for
better preparation.
In MBA I sent model paper pdf to student because many students engaged in job etc so for better preparation I
sent the same.
In BCOM, I took lectures regularly and motive is to complete syllabus because during lectures student used to
play songs like Chat par soo raha tha behnoye etc same noticed by Ruchi Mam & Himani Mam and I told them
before student that: Bacho ko mana karte hai but mante nhi hai isleye jo pardhne wale bache hai unko yaha alag
se parah rahe hai.. Then Himani Mam also scolded student to take lectures seriously.
Then to motivate student I used to follow another strategy that student should see motivational movies, web
series like Jamuna par, Srikant etc where a blind man become billionaire and also told before president that I
want be first blind president of India.
Now if above said suggestion of motivational movies under such scenario to motivate students for making their
career and to be serious about studies is wrong method then please let me know.
3) Now if I will not found guilty and no such proofs presented that I sent vulgar video links and pdf files via
whatsapp then apology letter should be taken from that person whom spread such a exaggerated rumor before
starting of current session admission process and their main motive for spreading rumors should be taken into
consideration and such environment should be change and should motivate all of them to work like a team
instead of spend time in findings etc.
