Subject: Request for Correction of Marks in Remaining STI Jobs Merit Lists

Respected Sir/Madam,

I sincerely appreciate your prompt action in correcting my marks for the EST Science merit list
in GGES ALI PUR SADAT, which is my second priority. However, I have noticed that the
correction has not been made in the merit lists of the other four schools I applied to, namely:

1. GGHS JALAL PUR PIRWALA

3. GMPS KHALIL ABAD

4. GGHS BAHADAR PUR JALALPUR PIRWALA

5. GGHS KOTLA CHAKAR JALALPUR PIRWALA

As previously mentioned, my Matriculation and Intermediate marks were not added in the
merit lists,. This discrepancy continues to affect my merit ranking in the schools mentioned
above.

Additionally, I would like to highlight that my ward number (112) is the same as the ward
number of my first priority school, GGHS Jalalpur Pirwala. Therefore, I kindly request you
to rectify this error in the merit lists of these schools at the earliest. I am in the same
ward, not in the neighbourhood. Although the mentioned School is my top priority, I want
corrections in the remaining 4 Schools to ensure my merit.

I am once again attaching copies of my academic documents as proof of my correct Marks.


Your cooperation in ensuring a fair and accurate selection process is highly appreciated.
