DEED OF TRUST
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
This Deed of Trust is made and entered into this ___ day of [Month], 20___, at [Place], by and

WITNESSETH:
1. CREATION OF TRUST
The TRUSTOR, by this instrument, conveys, transfers, and delivers to the TRUSTEE the
following property, in trust, for the use and benefit of the BENEFICIARY:

2. TRUST PURPOSE
The TRUSTEE shall hold the property in trust and administer, manage, and dispose of

this Deed of Trust.
3. TRUSTEE DUTIES AND POWERS
The TRUSTEE shall:
a. Preserve, manage, and administer the trust property with prudence;
b. Deliver to the BENEFICIARY any income, profits, or benefits derived from the trust
property, as provided herein;
c. Execute and sign documents necessary to carry out the trust;
d. Render a full accounting of trust property annually or as may be required by the
TRUSTOR or BENEFICIARY.
4. LIMITATIONS
The TRUSTEE shall not, unless authorized in writing by the TRUSTOR or the court,
sell, assign, mortgage, or encumber the trust property.
5. TERM OF TRUST
This trust shall be [revocable/irrevocable] and shall remain in force for a period of
[number] years from execution, unless earlier terminated by written agreement of the
parties or by operation of law.
6. TERMINATION
Upon termination, the TRUSTEE shall deliver the trust property, including any
remaining income or proceeds, to the BENEFICIARY or as otherwise directed by the
TRUSTOR or applicable law.
7. REPRESENTATIONS
The TRUSTOR warrants lawful ownership of the property and the authority to transfer it
into trust.
8. GOVERNING LAW
This Deed shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
