2. Objectives
 Deliver AI-powered career recommendations.
 Identify skill gaps and recommend relevant courses.
 Analyze market trends to provide personalized career guidance.

3. Scope of the Project


 User profiles, career preferences, and skill assessments will be
collected to understand individual needs.
 Machine learning algorithms will be used to analyze user data.
 Models will predict user suitable career paths based on user
skill.
4. Methodology/Technology Used
 Data Sources: LLM’s, LinkedIn API, Glassdoor API, Udemy API.
 Algorithms: Supervised learning (Decision Trees), Collaborative
filtering.
 Tools: Python, Flask, Django, Database, Streamlit, NLP.

5. Expected Outcomes

 Development of an automated and AI integrated career guidance


system.
 Improved accuracy and efficiency in upskilling an individual and
career guidance.
 Reducing dependency on traditional guidance system.

Through automation and AI integration, Veridion reduces dependency on
traditional career counseling, making guidance more efficient and scalable
and highlights the importance of real-time data and AI-powered insights in
helping individuals make informed career decisions.
