3. It is submitted that petitionersare the absolute owner and possessor

ofthe above said ancestral properties and continuous possession
andenjoyment of the same without any interruption of the any
thirdparties as well as Respondents authorities to claim the above
saidpetitioner’s properties.

4. It is submitted thatpetitionerswere purchased the above said land

inSy.no.259/2A for an extent of Ac 0.18 cents and for an extent of Ac
0.09 cents atJalantaraSompeta, Sompeta town and mandal,
SrikakulamDistrict under Registered sale deed dt 13.04.1977 and
27.11.1979 at Joint Sub-registrar office at Sompeta, Srikakulam district
from the Executive Officer Group Temples Sompeta, since then the
petitioners are continuous. possession and enjoyment of the same
without interruption of the respondents authorities as well as any third
parties.

5. It is submitted that petitioners were intended to purchase the above

said properties approached the 7th respondent office then the 7th
respondent office orally Informed to the petitioners that the above said
petitioner properties shown as a prohibited list of properties U/s 22A of
registration Act. Then petitioner were made an application before the
respondent authorities vide Online applicationsvide applications
N0.TTAOI2400117990 & TTA012400117989 dt 02.02.2024to delete the
petitioner schedule properties from the prohibited list of properties. Since
then the respondents neither disposed of the petitioner application nor
deleted the petitioner lands from the prohibited list of properties. Even
then the 3rd respondent herein issued a proceedings dated 03.05.2015
in favour of the petitoners.Hence the present writ petition.
6. It is submitted that then the petitioner was filed wp.no.3131/2024
against the respondents and said wp.no.3131/2024 was came up for
admission on 25.4.2024 and this Hon’ble court was pleased to disposed
of the above writ petition.No.3131/2024 by orders dated 25.4.2024 with
a direction to the 1st Respondent/contemnor to dispose of the
petitionersOnline applications vide applications No.TTAOl 2400117990 &
TTA012400117989 dt 02.02.2024to delete the petitioner schedule
properties from the prohibited list of propertlesdeeds in Sy.no.259/2Afor.
an extent of Ac 0.18 cents and for an extent of Ac 0.09 cents
atJalantaraSompeta, Sompeta town and mandal, SrikakulamDistrict.
With in a period of (2) months from the date of the receipt of the copy of
the order, strictly in accordance with law and communicate the same to
the petitioner.

7. It is submitted that then petitioners were made several requests and

representations to the respondent’s authorities to implement the orders
of this Hon’ble court orders dated 025.4.2024 in wp.no.3131/2024 to
dispose of the petitionersOnline applications vide applications
No.TTAOl2400117990 & TTA012400117989 dt 02.02.2024to delete the
petitioner schedule properties from the prohibited list of properties deeds
in Sy.no.259/2A for an extent of Ac 0.18 cents and for an extent of Ac
0.09 cents atJalantaraSompeta, Sompeta town and mandal,
SrikakulamDistrict.

8. It is submitted that the things stood thus above the 1st

respondent/contemnor herein was issued an intimation proceeding dt
07.08.2024 to the 2nd respondent /contemnor stating that to direct the
4th respondent/contemnor and joint collector to make sub-division in
Sy.no.259/2Afor an extent of Ac 0.18 cents and for an extent of Ac 0.09
cents atJalantaraSompeta, Sompeta town and mandal.
SrikakulamDistrict to Issuance of the pattadar pass book and mutation of

the petitioners schedule land in the revenue records to avoid the further
court litiagations and contempt of court proceedings even then no action
was taken by the Respondents authorities to implement the orders of
this Hon’ble court which is clearly show the Respondents herein were
deliberately violated the orders of this Hon’ble Court dt 25.4.2024 In
wp.no.3131/2024. Hence the present contempt case.

I, therefore, humbly pray that this Hon’ble Court may be pleased to

punish. the respondent for his willful disobedience of Order Dt.
25.04.2024 passed in W.P No. 3131 of 2024 on the file of this Hon’ble
Court and pass such other order or orders as this Hon’ble Court may
deem fit and proper in the circumstance of the case.

above said ancestral properties and continuous possession andenjoyment of
the same without any interruption of the any thirdparties as well as
Respondents authorities to claim the above saidpetitioner’s properties.
4.lt is submitted thatpetitionerswere purchased the above said land
inSy.no.259/2A for an extent of Ac 0.18 cents and for an extent of Ac 0.09
cents atJalantaraSompeta, Sompeta town and mandal, SrikakulamDistrict
under Registered sale deed dt 13.04.1977 and 27.11.1979 at Joint Sub­
registrar office at Sompeta, Srikakulam. district from the Executive Officer
o
Group Temples Sompeta, since then the petitioners are continuous
possession and enjoyment. of the same without Interruption of the
respondents authorities as well as any third, parties.

5. It Is submitted that petitioners were intended to purchase the above said

properties approached the 7**’ respondent office then, the 7** respondent office
orally informed to the petitioners that the above said petitioner properties
shown as a prohibited list of properties U/s 22A of registration Act. Then
petitioner were made an application before the respondent authorities vide
Online applications vide applications N0.TTAOI 2400117990 &
TTA012400117989 dt 02.02.2024to delete the petitioner schedule properties
from the prohibited list of properties. Since then the respondents neither
disposed of the petitioner application nor deleted the petitioner lands from the
prohibited list of properties. Even then the 3"*. respondent herein issued a
proceedings dated 03.05.2015 in. favour of the petitoners. Hence the present
writ petition.

6. it is submitted that the petitioners have no other alternative

efficaciQusremedy, except to approach this Hon’ble Court under Article 226 of
theConstitution of India and not filed any writ or suit or other proceedings
forseeking same relief In the present Writ Petition.

For the reasons stated above it is therefore prayed that this Hon’bleCourt may
be pleased to issue an appropriate writ order or orders ordirection more
particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus todeclaring the Inaction of
the Respondentsto dispose of the petitioners Online applications vide

N0.TTAOI2400117990 & TTA01Z400117989 dt 02.02.2024 to delete the
petitioner schedule properties from the prohibited list of properties deeds in
