ABSTRACT
Training And Placement System is a comprehensive platform designed to
streamline the end-to-end processes involved in managing placements for
educational institutions. The system serves as an interface between students,
placement coordinators, and recruiters, automating and simplifying tasks such
as student registration, company onboarding, placement scheduling, and data
tracking.
Key features include a centralized database for student profiles, skill
assessments, and resumes, along with a module for job postings and
applications. The system incorporates real- time updates, communication tools,
and analytics to enhance decision-making for both students and coordinators.
For recruiters, the PMS offers a seamless platform to post job openings, filter
eligible candidates, and schedule interviews. For students, it provides
personalized dashboards, notifications about upcoming opportunities, and
insights into their placement progress.
By reducing manual efforts, ensuring transparency, and improving collaboration
among stakeholders, the Placement Management System significantly enhances
the efficiency and effectiveness of campus placement processes
