Lesson Outline
1. Warm-Up: Fashion Show (20 minutes)
• Students walk around the classroom pretending they are in a fashion show.
• Each student describes their outfit using adjectives.
• Classmates vote on the “most stylish”, “most colorful”, etc.
2. Grammar Focus: Preferences and Comparisons (30 minutes)
• Use the textbook page as a guide.
• Teacher explains how to use “prefer”, “like more”, “like better” with examples.
• Review spelling rules for comparatives (e.g., big → bigger, pretty → prettier).
3. Pair Work: Comparing Clothes (30 minutes)
• Students work in pairs to complete part A and B of the textbook activity.
• Each pair discusses which item they like more and why.
• Encourage use of the “Useful Expressions” box.
4. Game: Comparison Bingo (30 minutes)
• Create Bingo cards with adjectives like “nicer”, “cheaper”, “bigger”, “prettier”.
