Good morning, respected Principal, teachers, and my dear friends!
It is an absolute honour and joy to stand before you today as we step into a brand-new
academic year. To some, this might feel like a fresh beginning, while for others, it’s a
continuation of the hard work and dedication they’ve been putting in. Regardless of
where we stand, today marks another milestone in our journey as students, learners,
and future leaders.
First and foremost, a big welcome to the 8th graders who are now stepping into the
dynamic world of high school as 9th graders! You are now entering a phase where
academics, extracurriculars, and responsibilities will take on a new meaning.
Embrace this journey with curiosity and enthusiasm, and I promise you, it will be an
enriching experience.
To the 10th graders—well, welcome to the defining year of our school lives! We’ve
officially made it to the final lap of secondary school, and while this year may seem
daunting with board exams and expectations, remember that we have an incredible
support system in our teachers, mentors, and peers. Let’s give it our best shot and
make this year one to remember!
A warm welcome to the 11th graders as well, who are now stepping into senior
secondary school. With new subjects, new opportunities, and possibly even a whole
new perspective on learning, this is your time to explore your interests and shape
your future. Make the most of it!
And finally, to the 12th graders—your last year of school life has officially begun.
This is the year where you consolidate all your learnings and prepare to take the next
big step. While the road ahead may seem challenging, remember that you’ve come
this far for a reason. Believe in yourselves, stay focused, and make every moment
count!
No matter which grade we belong to, let us all promise ourselves that we will make
this academic year a productive and fulfilling one. Let’s support each other, learn
from one another, and make the most of the opportunities that come our way. Here’s
to another year of growth, achievements, and memories!

exams and deadlines. But hey, no worries—because every morning is a fresh start, and
that’s why I, Sreenithi, along with my classmates of 10B are here!
Let’s begin this morning on a peaceful note by seeking blessings. I invite Rishitha
Kannan to lead us in the Prayer.
2. Thank you, Rishitha. That was a soothing way to start the day. Now, let’s shift
gears and challenge our minds. Did you know? Every single day, we come
across words that we may not know the meaning of—but today, we’re going to
