"Elegance unveiled: The serenity launch


Meeting "

Narrator: CEO, walked into the conference room where her team was twaiting to
dircure the serenity collecton.

"The team it seated around the table, with Ms Sahibor, the Create director, Ms.
Intimani the lead dongner, Mr. Hajan the marketing manager , and Mr. Haiber the
design assistant . all are eager to start the meeting.

Ms. Muklin ( CEO ): Alright Everyone, let’s get started we have a lot to discuss
today, first let’s take a look at the design concept of serenity, Ms. Intimani,
please present your design.

Ms. Intimani ( Lead Designer ) : Our design concept for serenity is Inspired by the
beauty of nature. We’ve chosen a pallette of soft, earthy tones and luxurious
materal.

Ms. Muklin ( CEO ) : okay, can you show us the designs? I'd love to see what we're
working with.

Ms. Intimani ( Lead Designer ) : Of course! Let me just pull them up on the screen.

Ms. Intimani clicks a few buttons on her laptop, and she showes the picture of
their designs.

Ms. Muklin ( CEO ) : Wow, these look great! I love the simplicity and elegance of
the designs.

Ms. Sahibor ( Creative Director ) : I agree. The designs are beautiful.

Ms. Muklin ( CEO ) : Thank you Ms. Intimani, and now let’s discuss Our marketing
strategy.
Mr. Hajan, please share you plan.

Mr. Hajan ( Marketing Manager ) : our marketing management includes social media
campaign , influencer partnership and targeted advertising. we will also be hosting
a launch event showcase the new collection.

Ms. Muklin ( CEO ) : That’s great, now let’s open the floor for discussion and
feedback, what are your thoughts on the design concept and marketing strategy?

Ms. Sahibor ( Creative Director ) : I think were made some great Progress, but im
concerned about the production timeline.

Mr. Haiber ( Design Assistant ) : I’ve reviewed the production cost, and I think we
can meet the budget. However, we may need to make some adjustments to the materials
and
for manufacturing process.

Ms. Intimani ( Lead Designer ) : I agree, we will need to ensure that our
production timeline aligns with the launch date.

Ms. Muklin ( CEO ) : Alright, let's finalize our launch plan, we will need to
confirm the launch date, marketing budget and production timetine.
Mr. Hajan ( Marketing Manager ) : I recommend we launch the collection during
fashion week to miximize visibility and buzz.

Mr. Haiber ( Design Assistant ) : I think that's a great idea. we will need to
ensure that our design team it prepared for the launch.

Ms. Muklin ( CEO ) And that conclude our product launch meeting. Thank you team,
