V. RATIONALE:
Learning Action Cell (LAC) encourage critical reflection among teachers
and instructional leaders which increase the understanding and knowledge of the
content, pedagogy and assessment practices. Through the project SciLAC+:
Learning Action Cell, the Science Way, developmental opportunities relative to
these core practices of teachers and instructional leaders will be explored and
provided with job-embedded and cost-effective intervention initiatives.
VI. OBJECTIVES:
1. Improve the science teaching and learning process that will lead to improved
learning among learners.

2. Nurture successful teachers
3. Enable science teachers to support each other to continuously improve their
