II. RATIONALE

Family day is a public holiday celebrated annually. It is a day set aside to


celebrate family bonds and to encourage to spend time with their loved ones. As
former President Fidel V. Ramos issued a memorandum declaring to celebrate the
family day.

Family Day is a celebration designed to strengthen bonds, create meaningful


connections, and foster a sense of belonging among family members. In today’s fast-
paced world, it’s essential to dedicate time for loved ones to come together, share
experiences, and build cherished memories. This special day emphasizes the
importance of unity, love, and mutual support within families, providing an
opportunity to step away from daily routines and focus on what truly matters.
Ultimately, it serves as a reminder that family is not only the foundation of our lives
but also a source of joy, resilience, and inspiration.
III. OBJECTIVE

 To unite the citizens of Hinanggayon. To give joy and to distribute gifts for
children to celebrate Christmas.
 Provide an enjoyable atmosphere where families can unwind and celebrate.
