The terms OWNER and the TENANT shall wherever the context so require
mean and include their respective heirs, legal representatives, executors,
administrators, and assigns.

WHEREAS THE OWNER herein is the represented that the owner of the
Residential House, bearing Door No 2/195C, Balan Nagar, Bettatha Puram,
Karamadai, Coimbatore – 641104, morefully described in the Schedule hereunder.

WHEREAS the TENANT has requested the OWNER to let out on monthly
rent the Flat morefully described in the Schedule hereunder for residential & e-
commerce purpose, and the OWNER has accepted to let out the same.

NOW THIS RENTAL AGREEMENT WITNESSETH AS FOLLOWS:

1. The OWNER hereby let out to the TENANT on monthly rent the
Residential House, bearing Door No 2/195C, Balan Nagar, Bettatha Puram,
Karamadai, Coimbatore – 641104, morefully described in the Schedule
hereunder.
2. The TENANCY shall be for a period of ELEVEN MONTHS from 28-03-
2024 to 28-11-2025.
3. The TENANCY shall be for residential & e-commerce purpose only.
4. The TENANT shall pay a sum of Rs 3,000/- (Rupees Three Thousand Only)
per month regularly and promptly on or before the 10 th day of every
succeeding English Calendar month without any default and it is a
monthly TENANCY.
5. The TENANT has paid a sum of Rs.6,000/- (Rupees Six Thousand Only) to
the OWNER by Cash as Rental Advance, at the time of execution of these
presents, in the presence of witnesses, which amounts the OWNER shall
refund on expiry of this agreement, without any interest.

6. The OWNER has put the TENANT in possession of the property described
in the Schedule hereunder on this day;
