The humble bail petition on behalf of the
petitioner Munna Rajbhar @ Munna Rai
(aged about 53 years) S/O- Late Bangali
Rajbhar @ Banglai Rai, R/O Village-
Jalilpur, Post- Sonpa, P.S- Rajpur,
District- Buxar, who is accused in this
case as follows:-
1. That, the petitioner is quite innocent and has been falsely implicated in
this case, who is in remand home since ______
2. That, earlier no any other bail petition was filed or is pending on behalf of
the petitioner in this matter before any court.
3. That, the petitioner is having clean antecedent and no any criminal case is
on his head.
4. That, the petitioner DOB is
1. That, nothing has been recovered from the physical possession of the
petitioner.
2. That, the petitioner has/had no concerned from the alleged recovered
wine.
3. That, the petitioner is rotting in remand home without any fault.
4. That, the petitioner had never committed any offence as alleged and what
so ever allegation has been assigned against him is false and factually
incorrect.
5. That, the petitioner is quite innocent and has been falsely implicated in
this case due to mal intention with high handiness of Police.
6. That, the petitioner is not going to abscond and there is no question of his
tampering with the evidence.
7. That, the petitioner undertakes to remain present in future before the
police/court as and when directed.
8. That, the petitioner is ready to abide by every instructions as well as
terms and conditions directed by your honour’s court and also ready to co-
operate with police during the investigation.
9. That, the petitioner is ready to furnish sureties to your honour’s
satisfaction.
It is therefore prayed that your honour
would be pleased to kindly declare
the petitioner as Juvenile and after that
enlarge the petitioner on bail.
And for this the petitioner shall ever pray.
