Workover/Drilling Rig Experiences:
❖ Perform the drilling departments daily checklist, i.e: Q HSE checklist, Mast/Derrick Inspection,
choke and kill manifold set up, etc.
❖ Maintain accurate records of tubular and tool dimensions (i.e. internal and external diameter,
fish neck, serial numbers).
❖ Calculate ton miles on drilling line;maintain an accurate logbook and assist the driller on the
need to slip and cut.
❖ Read and interpret various gauges and meters relating to drlling/workover operations; assist
the driller in maintaining proper record & logs.
❖ Assist and relieve the driller at the console during operation and preparation of equipment.
❖ Perform repairs as required and preventive maintenance to the pumps, suction and discharge
valves of all equipment associated with precharge of main pumps and mixing systems.
❖ Tripping in/out drill pipe/tubing from the well bore, handling tubing, drill pipe, drill collar, slips
and tongs when making or breaking up connections, pin and box doping, shoulder inspection.
❖ Responsible for Inspection and Maintenance of SRP/PCP/ESP pump components and making
arrangements for well completion.
❖ Responsible for Inspection, modification, lubrication of drilling tools, completion tools and
other BHA.
❖ Use tongs to connect and disconnect tubulars/drill pipe/casing at proper torque, equipment
maintenance, assisting in lay casing after well is drilled, assisting others crews as needed and
general housekeeping.
❖ Responsible for making arrangements for preparation of BHA, Pump section torqueing and
drilling and completion tools cleaning and greasing.
