Subject: Demand for Payment of Outstanding Invoice under the MSME Act 2006

Dear Madam,

I am writing to you on behalf of Wisdom Ventures, a micro/small enterprise registered under the Micro, Small and
Medium Enterprises Development Act, 2006 (MSME Act).

This notice pertains to the outstanding payment for invoice number [Invoice Number: W/2024-25/10], dated 31-06-
2024, issued for the supply of Service [Income Tax Filing] amounting to ₹1,000 (Rupees One Thousand Only). As per
the terms of the invoice, the payment was due on 30th June,2024. Despite repeated reminders via calls and
messages, you have failed to make the payment to date.

Under Section 15 of the MSME Act, the buyer is required to make payment within 45 days from the date of
acceptance of goods or services, unless otherwise agreed. Your failure to pay within this stipulated period renders
you liable to pay the outstanding amount along with interest as per Section 16 of the MSME Act. The applicable
interest is calculated at three times the bank rate notified by the Reserve Bank of India, compounded monthly, from
the date the payment became due.

While Wisdom Ventures has considered charging a nominal interest of 25% for the late payment, you are hereby
notified that the statutory interest rate under Section 16 of the MSME Act applies and will be enforced.

Demand for Payment

I hereby demand that you pay the outstanding amount of ₹1,000 (Rupees One Thousand Only) along with the
applicable interest as per Section 16 of the MSME Act within 15 days from the date of this notice.

Consequences of Non-Payment

If the payment is not received within the specified period, Wisdom Ventures shall be constrained to initiate further
legal action, including but not limited to referring the matter to the Micro and Small Enterprises Facilitation Council
(MSEFC) for recovery of the dues, as provided under the MSME Act. This notice is issued without prejudice to any
other legal rights and remedies available to Wisdom Ventures.

Kindly treat this matter with the urgency it deserves and make the payment at the earliest to avoid further legal
proceedings.
