Job Description
Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) HCM Functional


Consultant to join our team for a 12-month onsite engagement. The consultant will be
responsible for functional analysis, configuration, and implementation of Oracle EBS
HCM modules, translating business requirements into effective system solutions.

Key Responsibilities

 Conduct detailed functional analysis and business process mapping for


Oracle EBS HCM implementation
 Gather and document functional requirements through stakeholder
workshops in both Arabic and English
 Configure Oracle EBS HCM modules according to business requirements and
best practices
 Design and document business process flows and functional specifications
 Create test scenarios and lead functional testing efforts
 Develop end-user training materials and conduct training sessions in both
Arabic and English
 Provide functional specifications to technical team for customizations
 Support data migration planning and execution from a functional perspective
 Perform system setup and configuration
 Provide post-implementation functional support
 Document functional designs and solution architecture

Required Qualifications

 Any Degree
 Minimum 5+ years of functional experience in Oracle EBS HCM implementations
 Strong expertise in Oracle EBS HCM modules functional configuration (R12.x)
 Fluency in Arabic and English (speaking, reading, and writing)
 Experience in full-cycle Oracle EBS implementations
 Deep understanding of HR business processes and best practices
 Knowledge of Middle East HR practices and regulations

Functional Expertise Required

 Oracle Core HR functional setup and configuration


 Oracle Payroll business process design and implementation
 Oracle Self-Service HR process mapping and configuration
 Oracle Learning Management functional implementation
 Oracle Performance Management process design
 Experience in functional requirement gathering and documentation
 Business process analysis and optimization
 End-user training development and delivery
 Functional testing methodology
