WILL

THIS WILL DATED 02nd DAY OF MAY, 2019 EXECUTED

IN THE PRESENCE OF THE FOLLOWING WITNESSES, ON MY

OWN, IN A DISPOSSESSING STATE OF MIND AND WITHOUT

ANYONE'S INFLUENCE

BY

Thiru R.Venkatraman (PAN: AACPV2489G), son of Thiru

Ramasamy, aged about 71 years, residing in F-3, "S.P.

Flats", No.25, Bazaar Street, Nesapakkam, K.K.Nagar West,

Chennai 600 078,

WHEREAS, the aforesaid property, namely, Flat No.F3

(facing road side), constructed in the first floor of the multi-

storied residential Building, measuring 722 square feet,

together with 14.67% (282 square feet) of undivided share

out of an extent of1920 square feet, bearing Door No.22,

Bazaar Street, West K.K.Nagar, "Virugambakkam Village",

Chennai Taluk, Chennai South Registration District,

comprised in Survey Nos.239/1B6 and 239/2B4, was

purchased by my wife Tmt V.Brinda, under a deed of sale

dated 04.07.1997, registered as Doc.No.3131/1997, Book 1,

Volume 839, Pages 219 to 224, in the Office of the Sub-

Registrar of Virugambakkam, from Tmt Parvathy, Thiru

M.Kapali, Tmt Malliga and Tmt M.Malathy, through their

Power Agent, Thiru M.Shet, son of Thiru Ibrahim, and was in

exclusive possession and enjoyment of the aforesaid

property, paying Tax and other outgo; and

WHEREAS, my wife Tmt V.Brinda died on 02.12.2017.

After the death of Tmt V.Brinda, as legal heir (legal heirship

Certificate issued in R.Dis.D1/0121/18, dated 31.01.2018), I

have been in exclusive possession and enjoyment of the

aforesaid property.

I am executing this Will, in order to ensure that no

issue arises, with regard to who should succeed to the

aforesaid property belonging to me after my lifetime.

Since I have now become old, as per my desire, I am

executed this Will, with an intention that no issues should

arise in future, after my lifetime, with regard to the

aforesaid property belonging to me. Therefore I am

executing this Will with my complete conscience by

appointing Tmt Tamilselvi (age 54) wife of Thiru

Angamuthu, residing at Door No.3/27, Thirumalai Nagar, 1st

Street, Ramapuram, Chennai - 600 089, as my nominee for

the property, for the aforesaid property, more fully

described in the Schedule hereunder.

Therefore, after my lifetime, the entire property

described in the Schedule hereunder may be possessed and

enjoyed, TO HAVE AND TO HOLD THE SAME FOREVER WITH

RIGHT OF ALIENATION.

All the covenants contained in this Will shall come into

force only after my lifetime. Meantime, during my lifetime, I

have every rights to revoke or alter or amend this Will.

The income from the amounts in my Bank Account

should be received only by me up to my lifetime.

After my lifetime, the amount lying in my Bank and the

Fixed Deposit amount and the entire property should be

enjoyed by my nominee, namely, Tmt Tamilselvi, paying

Tax and other outgo for the property and other expenses.

I hereby through this Will state that after my lifetime,

all the final rights of my death should be performed by the

person, described in this Will, namely, Tmt Tamil Selvi itself.

I am hereby appointing Tmt Tamilselvi as executor of

this Will.

DESCRIPTION OF PROPERTY

All that piece and parcel of residential Flat No.F3

(facing road side), constructed in the first floor of the multi-

storied residential Building, measuring 722 square feet,

together with 14.67% (282 square feet) of undivided share

out of an extent of1920 square feet, bearing Door No.22,

Bazaar Street, West K.K.Nagar, "Virugambakkam Village",

Chennai Taluk, comprised in Survey Nos.239/1B6 and

239/2B4 and drinking water, and sewerage connection

including other amenities to this property is being bounded

on the

North by: Door No.21, Ponnusamy's house;

South by: Door No.23, Ganapathy Naicker's house;

East by: Annammal's property; and

West by: Bazaar Street

situated within Chennai South Registration District.

The aforesaid property and all others described is

covered by this Will.
