Payment: 100% Advance Payment
Validity
Prices valid for 60 days from date of quotation, for dispatch no later than a further 60 days from receipt of order. This changes when the price review is due to come into effect
within the 90 day period from quotation to order. A charge of 1% per week of the order value for orders delayed more than one week beyond the stipulated dispatch date.
Cancellation
You may at any time prior to the scheduled date of shipment, cancel any or all products on order upon giving timely written notice and upon payment of the following cancellation
charges for each unit cancelled. The cancellation charges which are intended as liquidated damages and not penalties, are as follows:
