(ii) Web check‐in can be processed within 12 hours prior to departure.

(ii) If you face difficulties retrieving or modifying your booking, ensure you check the travel date/time (within 12 hours of
departure) before making changes or web check‐in.
3. (i) The special promotional group fare is non‐refundable and non‐changeable.
(ii) Once the booking is confirmed, it cannot be canceled or modified.
4. (i) In the event of flight schedule changes, cancellations, or any notifications by the airline, we will notify you via your
registered email and mobile phone.
(ii) Ensure your contact details are up to date to receive timely notifications.
5. (i) GST credit or input is not applicable for special promotional group fares.

Additional Information
• Use your Airline PNR for all communication you have directly with the airline & us about your booking.
• A printed Copy of this E‐Ticket or E‐Ticket display on a phone/tablet must be presented at the time of check‐in and to get access to Airport Terminal.
• Check‐in Starts 3 hours before scheduled departure and closes up to 60 minutes prior to the departure time, we recommend you report at the check‐in counter at least 2 hours prior to the departure time. (Check‐in times can
