Looksmaxxing Guide For You To Achieve Your Best Version :-

1] Skin Care Routine:-

Morning Routine :-

1. Cleanser(gentle)
2. Icing for 2 minutes (especially under eyes)
3. Hyaluronic Moisturizer for dry skin
4. Sunscreen is a must

Night Routine :-

1. Face Wash (according to face type


2. Icing for 2 minutes
3. Under Eye Cream of good quality
4. Vaseline for lips

(It is Important to get at least 6 Hours of sleep)


2]THUMB PULING:-

Using this method u can transform your facial features and it will help
you achieve a rather symmetrical face.

Recommended routine :- Once or Twice a day for a consistent period

There is no alternate to this, Going to the gym is mandatory.

Working out will increase testosterone levels and will thus improve
your facial features, improve your posture, and removes toxins.

4]Cutting Sugar And Sodium (Na) Intake :-

Sugar - accelerates aging, Inflammation, And Increases acne & spots.

raises androgen levels.
Sugar also contributes to increased fat storage in the body.

Na – High sodium diet draws water into the bloodstream, which


increases the volume of blood.
This can lead to facial puffiness and swelling.

Besides this it is overall very harmful for health as it increases blood


pressure & increases risk of heart disease, stroke & kidney diseases.
5]DRINKING PLENTY OF WATER:-

Good hydration will lead to glowing skin, sharp facial features &
improve overall body functions.

At least 3 to 4 litres of water daily is enough
