General guidelines
Hold a meeting with the group members to set tasks and establish a specific timeline,
1
discuss and finalize with your assigned group adviser.

Complete each sheet using SMART method approach. List the names of responsible group
2
members, including the team leader and assistant team leader.

3 List all specific tasks and consistently update the status and remarks as needed.

In the event of a status marked as 'NOT MET,' add another row to document follow-up
4 actions. Indicate any modifications made, whether the assigned group member has
changed, and fill out the remarks for justification.

5 Utilize the provided legends to indicate the status of each task.

For general meetings with the group members, group or class advisers, (face to face or
6 virtually) make dodumentation or use logbook for adviser’s signature or if needed to
counter signed.

Remind each team member that failure to comply with the assigned tasks will result in a
7
deduction from their ASP and Conduct Score.
Print each completed sheet and submit it to your class adviser before each term
8
examination and prior to the schedule title defense
respective groups, provided that complete documentation is availble and discussions are
9 held with their group members, along with the involved persons and their advisers.

In the event that a group member is removed due to consecutive failures in cooperation

General Guidelines Consultation

Initiate group communication; create a group chat that includes the assigned adviser and all
1 group members. Use this group chat as the primary mode of communication for all matters
related to research work.

Schedule consultations with your assigned adviser at least three (3) days in advance,
whether face to face or virtually. Adhere to the following communication timeframes:
2
contact your adviser on weekdays between 8AM to 9PM, or on weekeds if they
permit.

Assign tasks to group members accordingly. Team leaders and assistant team leaders will
determine which online application will be used for virtual collaboration. Ensure that all
relevant details and links are communicated to each memebr and to your assigned adviser.
If meeting in person, look for available rooms for consultation.

For each scheduled consultation, come prepared with a comprehensive agenda. Provide
3
either a printed copy or a digital copy, based on your adviser's preference.

Allow a minimun of three (3) days and maximum of seven (7) days for your adviser to
provide feedback on the manuscript. AVOID RUSHING the review process, particularly
4 if the manuscript is submitted with only one day's notice. During discussions with your
adviser, refrain from arguing about specific points in your paper; instead, seek clarification
and guidance in an objective manner.
For forms, documents, or manuscripts that require adviser's signature, submit them to the
5 CAHS office at least three (3) days in advance if no review is necessray, or five (5) days
in advance if a review is required.
