MPT carried out and acceptable to ASTM E709, ASME B16.34 App-II, MSS SP-53 & ASME BPVC SecVIII Div1 App-6
UT carried out and acceptable to ASTM E609, ASME B16.34 App-IV, MSS SP-94.
Radioactive level measured delivered materials are free of radioactive contamination.
No major weld repair carried out the above part.

We confirm that material is manufactured sample,tested and inspected in accordance with 42CrMo4 - EN 10293:2005 and Found to meet the customer
requirements
