1. A few of the lessons I learned in 2024 that will guide me in 2025 are:
- not to let anyone else manage my desires and choices.
- setting boundaries to protect my well-being
- give yourself the opportunity to make mistakes and not beat yourself up
for it
2. A small but meaningful way I can improve my everyday life this year is:
- record everything I did during the day
- establish some small healthy habits
3. If I were to write a letter to my future self, I would remind myself to:
- enjoy life and take it easy
- not to punish yourself for some failures and blunders
4. Something I want to let go of this year because it no longer serves me is:
- the habit of overthinking and doubting myself
- not afraid to appear ignorant in some subject
5. A list of things I am looking forward to this year includes:
- learning new hobbies and improving skills in the hobbies I already do
- improve my English level
- find something I want to do in life, a profession that I will like
6. The one habit I want to nurture this year to bring me joy is:
- making time for activities that inspire me

Personal Growth
“I am enough, just as I am.” - This phrase means that you are valuable and
worthy because you are you. You don't have to be a better (or even completely
different) version of yourself just to consider yourself as enough. You don’t have
to meet unrealistic standards or expectations to be worthy of love, happiness, or
success.
It doesn't mean that growth and improvement aren't important - it means
that your worth isn't dependent on them. You are already enough, even as you
aren’t the best version of yourself for now.

Career and Ambitions

“I am building a future I’m proud of.” - It means you are working toward a
life that, when you look back on it, you will feel satisfied and fulfilled by what
you’ve accomplished and the person you’ve become. That you are making choices
and doing things that align with your values, goals, and aspirations.
Relationships and Social Life
“I am worthy of love and respect.” - It means you recognize your inherent
value as a person and believe that you deserve to be treated with kindness, care,
and dignity. And you understand that love and respect are not things you have to
earn — they are fundamental to your existence.

Health and Well-Being

“My mental health matters, and I support it.” - It means that you
understand that your mental well-being is important. That you have to take care of
it because a lot of things and even your physical health depends on your mental
health and how you support it.

Mindset and Resilience

“I release what I cannot control.” - It means you understand that there are
things that you cannot control, that are beyond your control. And you don't have to
holding onto anxiety about uncertain outcomes or other people’s actions, you need
to focus on what you can influence.

Creativity and Hobbies

“I allow myself to make time for fun.” - It’s about recognizing that you
deserve moments of lightness and pleasure. It means you give yourself permission
to enjoy life and engage in activities that bring you joy and relaxation.
